[svccridesupdate] Treasure Hunt

Just a reminder that the SVCC Treasure Hunt ride is taking place next Tuesday 29th August and replaces the usual Tuesday club ride. 

Meet from 2pm onwards at the Crown, Frampton Mansell ready for a 2:30pm start. There is a route of about 18 miles along some of the quiet lanes around Frampton Mansell with some clues to find the answers to. Then back to the Crown for a drink where the winning team will be announced. It is free to take part and there is a small prize for the winners!

Send an email to let us know if you're coming by Sunday 27th August at the latest so we can make sure we have enough copies of the clue sheet. Participants will be working in teams of 2 but if you don't already have a partner we can put you into a team on the day. (Thank you to those who have already put their names down.) 

The weather forecast looks good at the moment – at least no weather warnings of heavy rain or strong winds so far – so fingers crossed.
