[svccridesupdate] Stroud Valleys Cycling Club AGM

It's that time of year again – we will be holding the Stroud Valleys Cycling Club AGM on Saturday 22nd April at 3pm at the Cainscross Parish Council Hall at the Pavilion in Victory Park, Stroud GL5 4JE. We were really impressed by this venue last year and there is parking nearby for those who need to come by car. 

Following the AGM there will be some food to share and, if there is enough interest and the weather is fine, we will finish the afternoon with a rounders match. 

At this stage, please put the date in your diary. If you are unable to make the date, you can email me your apologies.  

If you have any motions that you would like discussed at the meeting, please email them to me by Saturday 8th April at the latest so they can be added to the agenda. 

The AGM will give you a chance to meet the members of the committee and discuss your views on how the club is run and our plans for the future. Also we are always looking for new members to join the committee so why not put your name forward? We are a friendly bunch and there aren't too many meetings so it's not too big a commitment. I'm sure we would be improved by some fresh faces with some new ideas. Just get in touch if you are interested or talk to a committee member on a ride.
