Hi everyone

Meet at Minchinhampton Market Cross for 1:30pm start. 

Then the route goes through Avening, Chavenage, Hookshouse Lane and Bowldown. Just before the refreshment stop there is an option for a scenic detour through Newington which is quite hilly but, if you prefer, you can miss this out and go straight to the Hunter's Hall. (There are all the usual things you can get in a pub including hot drinks and some bar snacks like scotch eggs and sausage rolls. They also do a special mini dessert offer which gives you a hot drink and a sweet treat for £4.99.)

After the Hunter's Hall we will return through the Hidden Valley, Chavenage, Cherington and back to Minchinhampton. Altogether about 23 miles with 370m of climbing – a link to the route is here: Minchinhampton to Kingscote
