Thank you to those who have already paid their £10 deposit and got in touch to let me know that you’re coming.
Just a reminder, if you want to come but haven’t got round to paying your deposit yet and letting me know, the deadline is *Friday 31st October* so that we can confirm the booking with the Old Crown.

1. Pay a *£10 per person* deposit by BACS to: Bank – HSBC Stroud Stroud Valleys Cycling Club (sometimes it asks for CTC or even (CTC) as well in name of account, so if it doesn’t recognise it, try that) sort code: 40 17 53 a/c no 31474561 and put your name and “lunch” in the description field *or *Give your £10 deposit in cash to a SVCC committee member on a club ride
2. Email *clarefrgsmith@gmail.com <clarefrgsmith@gmail.com>* to say that you have paid your deposit and how many you have paid for. (You can also say how many courses you want and even your menu choices if you want to at this stage.)
We will then confirm the booking with the Old Crown. The menu choices and final payment will need to be made by *Sunday 14th December* and we will be in touch about those nearer the time.
Of course, we welcome friends and family members too – the more the merrier!
