[svccridesupdate] Sunday Ride to Berkeley and Alveston

The Sunday ride this week is about 56 miles with 675m of climbing to Berkeley and Alveston. 

Meet 9:30am at Wallbridge. 

Then Stanley Downton, Frocester, Slimbridge and Berkeley with a stop at the Walled Garden at Berkeley Castle after about 16 miles (no Farmer's Market this week so it should be a bit less busy than last time!).

Then Hill, Oldbury-on-Severn, Littleton-upon-Severn, Olveston and Alveston with a stop at Wolfridge Cafe (where the alpacas are) after another 16 miles. 

The return is through Tytherington, Cromhall, Tortworth, Wick, Stinchcombe, Cam, Frocester and your preferred route home. 

If you want a slightly shorter ride – about 42 miles altogether – you could park at Cam and Dursley Station and meet us at the junction in Coaley next to Everhot at about 10:15am. Just get in touch to let me know so that we look out for you. 

The weather is meant to be hot and fairly humid, dry and sunny – so lots of water and sun cream.
