Tomorrow’s ride is just over 50 miles / 80km with 740m / 2400 ft of climbing.
Meet 9:30am at Wallbridge Lock. Up Butterow Hill Minchinhampton Avening Cherington Rodmarton Tarlton Kemble Ewen Somerford Keynes – with a quick coffee stop at the Cotswold Sculpture Park after 18 miles (outside seating only I seem to remember) Minety Milbourne Malmesbury – with a stop at the Jackdaw Cafe after 32 miles from the start Shipton Moyne Westonbirt Kingscote – where I will leave and you can return via Horsley and Nailsworth or via Selsley SVCC M Somerford Keynes and Malmesbury <ridewithgps.com/routes/57594926?via=UyX3LK4_sGp_Zxl7M1PSaQ>
The forecast is dry and sunny but a lot colder than recently – only about 4 C first thing with a cold NE breeze making it feel a bit cooler, rising to about 12 degrees later. Time to dig out some of the winter cycling kit I think.
