The SVCC AGM is being held on Saturday 26th April at 3:30pm at the Pavilion in the Park, Victory Park, Cainscross, Stroud, GL5 4JE.
Attached are the Draft Minutes from the 2024 AGM and the Agenda for this year's AGM.
It would be good to see as many people as possible at the meeting to discuss what has been happening in the club over the last year and to decide the future direction of the club. It is also a good opportunity to have a chat and catch up with fellow members that you may not have seen for a while.
Also, it is still not too late to put your name forward to join the committee!
If you are not able to come and have not already let us know, please send your apologies to this email address. Also, if you would like to make a comment on or register your vote for the motions on the Agenda, please send it by email.
We always end the meeting with tea and coffee and cakes so, if you can, please bring some food to share.
We are now ready to collect the annual voluntary donation to SVCC. If you ride regularly with the club, we invite you to contribute £10 per year towards the running of the club. The donation is voluntary and if you decide not to donate you are still able to come riding with us. If you would like to donate, there are 2 ways you can do it.
1. Give your donation in cash at the AGM.
2. Using internet banking, bank details as follows: HSBC Stroud Stroud Valleys Cycling Club sort code: 40 17 53, a/c no 31474561
Also, finally, look out for a survey about the SVCC coming in the next few days to everyone on the Ride Updates list. It would really help us if you could respond and let us know what you think.
