[svccridesupdate] Stroud Tree Festival

Hi All, I was wondering if any musicians/singers in Stroud Valleys Cycling Club would like to form a band with me for the live music at this years Tree Festival, (the event runs from Friday 28th November to Sunday 7th December 2025.    The club will have a Christmas tree at the event to promote SVCC and the event attracts many local organisations to take part. There is live music throughout the event with 27 music slots available. The general public visit throughout and it is a fantastic initiative for the Stroud Valleys Cycling Club! It’s a wonderful way to promote the social aspect of cycling.   Organizing the Band   I will need to confirm our slot (The goodwill event is the busiest day) – the slots run from 11am, 1pm and 3pm each day. We would need to arrange a rehearsal space and choose songs for about 1 hour (10-15 needed).   If you can play an instrument, read basic music/chords or can sing and would like to be involved please let me know by Monday 29th September.   Thanks Mike
