[svccridesupdate] Tomorrow’s ride – START TIME OF 1PM
Tomorrow’s ride is to Tortworth Farm shop.
Please note that the start time at Dudbridge will be at the earlier than usual time of 1pm (I have an evening commitment which I need to be back for – apologies!).
In my efforts to devise a route to Tortworth Farm Shop which avoids being an out and back in the Severn Valley my route has turned out to be a little longer than usual for a Tuesday, at 40.6 miles. However, the climbing involved is only just over 2,000 feet (610 meters) and so the route should not be too taxing; and the weather promises to be amazing!
The route is: DCT (1pm) – Nailsworth – Avening – Chavenage – Tresham – Aldersley – Hillesley – Kingswood – Charfield – Leyhill – Tortworth – Damery – Lower Wick – Stinchcombe – Cam – Frocester – your own way home
