[svccridesupdate] Tomorrow’s ride

I am due to lead tomorrow’s ride. Unfortunately I am being advised to limit time in the saddle to a max. of 2 hours for the time being (due to a shoulder / nerve condition, which is gradually improving). This means that I cannot lead tomorrow’s ride, or cannot lead the whole ride.

I am open to offers from others who may be able :

* to lead the ride in place of me, either adopting my ride (see details below) or offering a route of their own; or

* perhaps take over from me part way along the route (me having started the ride off – there is a just a possibility that I might stretch the 2 hours by coming to Leaf & Ground and then taking the shortest route back to Stroud, leaving someone else to lead the Slimbridge loop).

Here are the details of the ride I had been intending to offer (usual 1.30pm start at Dudbridge).

A 35 mile route, with 1,850 feet / 564 meters of climbing, via Nailsworth – Avening – Chavenage – (hidden valley to) Kingscote – Uley – Leaf & Ground – Breadstone – Slimbridge – Frocester – Stroud.
