[svccridesupdate] Thursday 22nd ride

Hi All,

just to let people know I am rearranging my ride on the 22nd, to get back to Stroud early. The route will be about 45miles and I am planning a 9:00 start, usual Thursday pace (with no coffee stop).

I will send the route out next week.
