[svccridesupdate] SVCC and Stonehouse Wheelers Christmas Meal
Good Afternoon Everyone
Christmas is coming and it is now time to book our traditional joint SVCC and Stonehouse Wheelers Christmas Meal.
We are going to hold it at the *Old Crown, Paganhill* on *Sunday 21st December*, gathering from *1pm onwards *and eating at *1:30pm. *

If you would like to come, by *Friday 31st October *at the latest, you need to: 1. Pay a *£10 per person* deposit by BACS to: Bank – HSBC Stroud Stroud Valleys Cycling Club (sometimes it asks for CTC or even (CTC) as well in name of account, so if it doesn’t recognise it, try that) sort code: 40 17 53 a/c no 31474561 and put your name and “lunch” in the description field *or *Give your £10 deposit in cash to a SVCC committee member on a club ride
2. Email *clarefrgsmith@gmail.com <clarefrgsmith@gmail.com>* to say that you have paid your deposit and how many you have paid for. (You can also say how many courses you want and even your menu choices if you want to at this stage.)
We will then confirm the booking with the Old Crown. The menu choices and final payment will need to be made by *Sunday 14th December* and we will be in touch about those nearer the time.
Of course, we welcome friends and family members too – the more the merrier!
