Good Afternoon EveryoneThis week's Sunday ride is to Berkeley and Alveston. I've tweaked my original route a little bit as parts of it were very similar to last Sunday's ride to Aust.Meet 9:30am at Wallbridge. Then as follows:Ebley, Leonard Stanley, Frocester, Cam, Stinchcombe, Berkeley with a stop at the Kitchen Garden at Berkeley Castle after 15 miles. Then Rockhampton, Oldbury-on-Severn, Kington, Mumbleys Lane, Alveston with a lunch stop at Wolfridge Cafe (where the alpacas are!) after another 12 miles. We will go back through Itchington, Tytherington, Cromhall, Tortworth, Damery, Wick, Stinchcombe and then your preferred route home.Total – 52 miles with about 680m of climbing.Due to Rushmire Hill and Old London Road being closed at the moment, I am going to be a bit lazy and meet you at the crossroads next to the George, Frocester at about 9:50am, if someone can please lead the ride as far as there. The weather forecast is cold but dry and cloudy, maybe even a bit foggy in places. I'm hoping the cloud will keep off any early frost but wrap up warm and bring your lights.Hope to see some of you tomorrowClare07772888267
