[svccridesupdate] Safeguarding update and date for Carol Service

Cycling UK have recently made some changes to the committees of member groups and what used to be the Welfare Officer has now become the Safeguarding Officer. Attached is a message from Steve Brawley, SVCC's Safeguarding Officer, explaining his role and what to do if you have any concerns. Also Christmas is coming… We are now able to confirm the date and venue for the annual SVCC Carol Service: Sunday 4th December at St Matthew's Cainscross with a buffet lunch from 12:30pm and the Carol Service starting at 1:30pm.  All are welcome. There are more details on the attached flyer.
