[svccridesupdate] Longer Ride tomorrow to Blaisdon
Good morning all,
Tomorrow’s longer ride will be to Blaisdon, with a coffee stop at the Ashleworth Hub.
It is 61 miles (99 km) long, with 2,237 feet (682 metres) of elevation.
I have been on a coupe of rides recently where we finished in the dark and that isn’t everybody’s cup of tea so we will start from Stonehouse at 9.00 am to give ourselves a decent chance of getting home before it is completely black.
We will pass through:
Gloucester Maisemore Ashleworth, where we will stop for coffee at the Hub Huntley Blaisdon, where we will have lunch at the Red Hart pub Birdwood Highnam Gloucester Haresfield Stonehouse
The route is here: ridewithgps.com/routes/53401091
The weather doesn’t look too bad but a rain jacket is always a good idea at this time of year and lights are definitely sensible.
If you would like to join the ride en route that is fine but just let me know where you plan to be so we can look out for you.
Best wishes,
Steve Mobile: 07971 141910
