Tomorrow looks like a great day for a long ride so we will be doing the 130 mile ride. Our first proper stop will be just after 48 mikes, so ensure you have a good breakfast and bring food to eat as we ride. It’s always good to get a good chunk of the ride under your belt before your first stop.

First major climb – 51 miles
Hay on wye
Gospel pass – second major climb – 59 miles
Llanthony – 70 miles lunch 1pm
Llanvihangel third real climb -76 miles
Coed-y-fedw
Fourth real climb
Chepstow
Thornbury 112 miles – 5pm ice cream
Berkeley
Slimbridge
Stonehouse – 7pmish
