Good afternoon,
Following a review of the club’s finances, I am pleased to report that your committee has agreed to waive the voluntary contribution of £5 to cover the cost of food and the hire of the hall at the Carol Service on 7th December.
I circulated full details of the Service on 7th November but I attach the flyer again for convenience.
A number of members have already emailed me to confirm that they will attend.
As we start to plan the arrangements for the service it would be really helpful if you can kindly send me an email to confirm your attendance if you haven’t already done so.
