Please refer to Clare’s email dated 24 May 25.
I’ve now spoken to Correna, the manager of Upton Mill Care Home, Tetbury.
We have agreed that joining the residence for afternoon tea and cakes would be at this stage the best option.
Perhaps we can arrange other and more interesting visits later.
The date is Tue 3 Jun, it’s on the rides list. Timings and meeting place would be as normal.
At this stage could you please let me know if you are interested in joining this ride, with a slight difference, as I need to inform Correna of numbers, this is purely for the amount of vittles that they need to provide and seating arrangements etc.
Think it would be good if we wore club kit.
Can you please let me know by Friday 30 May as to your intentions.
I will send out further details in due course, route, distance etc.

Why don’t we join them for lunch, or afternoon tea.I would be happy to talk about my experience on last year’s King Alfred’s Way cycle ride.
