[svccridesupdate] Thursday’s Longer Ride
Hello Steve and thank you for leading the ride today.I left you at Notgrove and went directly to Cheltenham and then on to Painswick and home.91.29k for me with 1441m of climbing. I feel it in my legs but it was good to be back to a Thursday ride. Garmin gave me a gold cup for a new personal record for total ascent – wow! Derek Mitchell
