Attached are the Agenda for this year’s AGM and the Minutes of the 2025 AGM.
If anyone has anything they would like to suggest be added to the agenda, please let me know by this Saturday (11th April). Any additional motions would need to be notified to me in writing (by email) by that date.
It would be good to see as many people as possible at the meeting to discuss what has been happening in the club over the last year. It is also a good opportunity to chat about club affairs with members of the committee and generally to catch up with fellow members. Also, it is still not too late to put your name forward to join the committee!
If you are not able to come you can send your apologies to this email address (if you have not already done so). Also, if you cannot come and would like to register your vote for motions on the Agenda or comment on those motions, you can let me know me by email.
We always end the meeting with tea and coffee and cakes etc. so, if you can, please bring some food to share.
We are arranging for the club’s existing stock of club kit to be on sale before and after the formal part of the AGM. This will be a chance to buy club kit at prices which are considerably less than the price of new kit (which can be purchased from Kalas). I attach a note of prices (also showing the equivalent price if you were buying from Kalas). If you decide to buy an item at the AGM, we will ask you to make a bank transfer to the club’s bank account immediately after the AGM (we will not be able to take cash).
Please also remember to bring your Cycling UK membership card to the meeting.
