[svccridesupdate] Additional Club Ride Sat 6 Dec
Dear all,
Just to give you a ‘Heads Up’. This is now on the Dec rides list and it shouldn’t clash with the Carol Service!
Over the weekend 6-7 Dec, 6 of us mostly those who did the camping/yurt trip to the Mendips last July will be doing a cycling/camping trip to the Adventure Centre at Cockleford.
I know this is a required taste and not everyone has the equipment to carry out such an adventure, but you might like to do the ride. It’s about 43 miles at a fairly moderate pace. Please refer to RWGPS.
Leaving from Wallbridge at approximately 10am
It’s not strictly wild camping as we will be dining at the Green Dragon Pub at 7pm. There will be eight of us, Tom D (cycling with us) and Helen (wife driving there) Some may like to join us for that, if so, the restaurant needs booking.
I will send out a reminder nearer the time. There is no need to let me know if you are planning on joining the ride, just turn up.
