[svccridesupdate] Tomorrow’s ride to Miserden

Tomorrow’s ride is to the Carpenter’s Arms in Miserden – 33 miles and 2,200 feet / 670 metres of ascent. We are heading up into the valleys with some hills, but I will be taking them at a very steady pace (having not been on the bike much over the past couple of months!).

The route goes via Bisley – Oakridge Lynch – Tunley – Edgeworth – Miserden – Duntisbournes – Daglingworth – Sapperton – Frampton Mansell – Minchinhampton – own way home.

Please let me know if you will be joining the ride after the start, noting that I will be calling the pub at 11.30am to let them know numbers for lunch. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing some of you for an 11am start at Dudbridge. Sadly, wet weather gear seems likely to be necessary (but hopefully it will not be too bad and we will also have options for shortening the ride after lunch). And remember your lights!
