[svccridesupdate] Extra Midsummer Ride: Saturday 22nd June Over and Over

There is an extra ride on the Rides List for next Saturday – Over and Over – about 80 miles in total with 1265m of climbing.  It's nowhere near as gruelling as Peter's ride to Hay-on-Wye on Thursday, but still a bit of a challenge, although we will be going at a much gentler pace. 

Meet 9am at Stonehouse Co-Op. We are happy to pick people up en route as well.

Then Hardwicke, Gloucester, Over – possibly a quick coffee stop at the Farm Shop, Highnam, Tibberton, Blaisdon, Little Dean – with a stop at the Dean Heritage Centre after 30 miles, Park End, St Briavels, Chepstow – with lots more opportunities for food and drink if needed, over the Severn Bridge to Oldbury-on-Severn, Berkeley, Coaley, Frocester and back to Stonehouse.

I'm hoping that Summer will be back by then but if there is some truly awful weather I may postpone the ride. I will let everyone know the evening before if this is the case.
