[svccridesupdate] Tomorrow’s ride – cancelled
I am due to be leading a ride to Elkstone tomorrow. The route makes use of minor country roads and also comes up to higher areas (we are under about 9 inches of snow in the Cranham / Birdlip area). Temperatures today and tomorrow are due to be at or below freezing, such that there must be a risk of ice on the minor roads (if not snow).
In these circumstances I have decided to cancel tomorrow’s ride.
I will not be around next week, so will see you all in the New Year. In the meantime, have a very happy Christmas!
