I can’t see that there’s any ride posted for this Sunday.
I am planning to ride over to The Nuttery at Notgrove (a community cafe that does food) and offer this as a possibility if you’d like to join me.
I did the ride in April 2024 and have re-ridden most of it a couple of weeks ago. I’m a bit hazy about the lane down from Frampton Mansell to Chalford.
There would be an optional stop at The Knead Elkstone 13 miles/21Km – the main stop would be The Nuttery at 28 miles/45Km, and then a coffee/tea stop at Fire and Flow (47 miles/75Km). About 60 miles/95Km with quite a few bumps – 4500’/1400m ascent.
Stroud, Wick Street, Bull’s X, Slad Rd, Foston’s Ash, Climperwell, Caudle Grn, Winstone, Elkstone, Cockleford, Cowley, Upper Coberley, Hilcot, Kilkenny, Andoverford, Salperton, Notgrove, Turkdean, Hazleton, Compton Abdale, Withington, Colesbourne, Rendcomb, Bagendon, Fire & Flow, Daglingworth, Sapperton, Frampton Mansell, Chaford, Stroud.
Let me know if you’d like to join me and if so I’ll post on the rides chart, but if anyone is planning another ride let me know (I won’t be offended!). I’m double checking with The Nuttery that they can cater for us so it would be useful to know numbers.
