[svccridesupdate] Sun 22 Feb Club Ride Castle Combe (Change!)
Dear all,
Please refer to Feb Rides List. I’m down to lead it to Marshfield, but The Catherine Wheel doesn’t do light pub meals on a Sunday, also we have to book!!
So I’ve changed it to Castle Coombe. Details are.
Meet: Wallbridge @ 9.30 am
Distance : 52 miles approx
Route: More or less as for RWGPS ridewithgps.com/routes/54030516
Mid morning break: The Court Yard Cafe, Sherston
Lunch: White Hart Pub, Castle Coombe. Useful to have numbers, it would help the pub to give us the best service possible etc.
Weather: Difficult to say at this stage. I would say give it 12 hrs, then make a decision on your participation, dress etc. but it doesn’t appear to be milder, slightly windy, maybe some showers.
